Bike advocacy groups/info in toronto?
A friend of mine lives up there, and her boyfriend was involved in a right-hook hit-and-run which fractured his collarbone and completely destroyed his bike.
The police are looking into it, and a witness happened to catch the plate number.
I found this link, but if anyone can offer links to other resources, or just offer general advice RE:Toronto laws, that would be appreciated (I'll share this with her as well).
