Grey (or Champagne) Chevy Cobalt. HEADS UP.

I was going home about 1:30 Sunday night.

Buzzed on Forbes/uptown. Close. Appeared intentional.

Buzzed again on the Blvd of the Allies. The car immediately pulled into the UPMC parking lot in the old Isalys.

I hung back until he was on the road going towards town. Passed again on the uphill away from Bates (I was on the sidewalk. Pulled into a parking lot again.

Both parkinglot, if I had gjsut kept going, I would have passed right in front of him ("Officer I didn't see him.")

He hung out in the second parking lot while I decided to give a quick will-and-testiment to some folks in front of Papa DaVinci's Pizza.

I'm not sure of the car's color. Maybe grey, maybe "Champagne" I don't know. Metal flake glittery, though. I think it was a Cobalt. Bright Blue Chevy logo on trunk. I didn't get the (PA) license

Possibly just a lost guy. I suppose.

Possible I might win the lotto, too.

We might see this amoeba again.

Was he following you?

Well, that's terrifying. I'm glad you're okay, Mick.

Glad you're all right, Mick.

I just checked the thread NickD posted a while back where he was confronted by a silver sedan driver on Greenfield, but that was a Honda.

Every time I hear silver sedan or coupe now, I get a little jumpy.

It was a fairly light car and small, so it probably wasn't the one in either link by Salty.

It was likely the guy was following me.

I don't think it's a big deal - except I wanted to get the description on here because I think he'll be back.

Sorry double post.

The first article says "Chevy Cobalt", and it was on Bates. Probably just a coincidence, and the cops may have changed their mind about the description, but... Grasping at straws is still better than grasping at nothing.

And, yet again, I'm so sick of this crap.

I am getting better at having the helmet cam running, just in case stuff like this happens.

There is a bright orange Ford Bronco in Polish Hill that has been causing problems like this. He buzzed me one night as I rode from the Melwood side of P.Hill towards the church. He gunned it, swerved at me and then went around the block. He came back a second time and did the same thing. I broke my chain trying to ride out of the way from him. This happened in the spring and I prob should have posed here sooner. I also see him flying up the S turns on Herron and instead of turning around the top one, he drives through the gravel lot and through a muddy space in the trees that I assume that he has carved out. Be careful if you see this asshole. I recently discovered that he is a resident of polish hill and where he parks his bronco.

I've been looking for my buddy there - lots of chevy's, but I've seen none of them with a blue chevy logo on the trunk - almost all of them are gold, with a few silver and one black.

I'm thinking that means the car must probably have been gold/champagne rather than grey/silver (might be wrong).

For YOU as a rider, it means if you get buzzed and see that blue trademark on a late model Chevy, assume it's this guy and act accordingly.

I'm confused Mick, I thought you liked getting buzzed?

(bad joke - I apologize in advance for this one)
