This from our friends at East End Brewing….

FOR THE 7th YEAR IN A ROW, THE PEDAL PALE ALE KEG RIDE IS BACK!
Our most popular, and possibly most ridiculous – ridiculously fun, event of the year is just around the corner.  The last year or two, we’ve struggled with how to pull this off, given the numbers we’ve been seeing.  And this year, I’m proud to report that with loads of help from our GOOD FRIENDS and event management experts at Venture Outdoors, we’ve got everything nicely dialed in for this year’s ride, and handling 1,000 riders or more will be no big deal.

But of course, if we can get 1,000 people on bikes to help deliver beer, that really is a BIG DEAL!  Not just because it will make for an amazing day, but since it will mean that we’ve raised some nice really money for our charity…which by the way, we are still firming up here.  And like the Reverse Keg Ride in the Fall, we’re going to be totally LEGIT with this ride once again…permits, insurance, and even rolling road closures this time!  The registration page isn’t up just yet, nor is the part where you bid on a chance to take one of the keg-pulling delivery spots, but you can still see what it’s all about, and block out the date in your calendar.  Go ahead.  Do that now…. we’ll wait right here. http://www.eastendbrewing.com/node/916
