Thanks Kordite for the picture

The moment we’ve all been waiting for!

On Friday, October 12, 2012 at 12:00 noon and join the Steel Valley Trail Council, Allegheny Trail Alliance and the Friends of the Riverfront at the groundbreaking of the final mile of the Great Allegheny Passage. Guest speaker will be Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald.

If you plan on attending this event, enter from the Sandcastle main gate, on the Waterfront side. The event will be toward the opposite end of the property.

  • When: Friday, October 12 at 12:00
  • Where: 1000 Sandcastle Drive Homestead, PA 15120

***If you bike to the event, come from the Waterfront end of the trail (the other side is still off limits until construction is completed).
