Take a survey on bike theft (whether or not you’ve had your bike stolen)

A CMU Graduate student, Kelly Matula, is conducting a survey about bike theft. This survey is not affiliated with BikePGH at all, we’re just helping spread the word. It takes less than 10 minutes.

Below is the information.

Hello,

I am a graduate student at Carnegie Mellon doing a research survey examining how people respond to having their bikes stolen, both in terms of feelings and in terms of behavior (such as replacing the stolen bike or changing one’s biking behavior). I am also looking for responses from people who have never had bikes stolen, so please respond whether or not you have had a bike stolen.

Participants must be 18 years or older.

The survey is voluntary and will take less than 10 minutes. Information about the compensation you will receive for completing the survey will be provided in the survey link.

If you’re interested in completing the survey, please click HERE.

If you have any questions either before or after you take the survey, feel free to contact me at: kmatula@andrew.cmu.edu

Many thanks for helping with my research!
