I’m guessing that’s going to result in an even greater change on the price per gallon at retail. I wonder if this is going to get more people to think harder about a car diet. Or if they’re just going to work their FuelPerks harder. I don’t however see how this is going to improve the lot of public transportation in the state however. Maddening.
