Not sure how “kosher” this post is, but I’ve met some great people through this forum in the past, so I thought I’d give it a try:
I am getting started on my undergraduate thesis, for which I will be researching if, and to what extent, mindfulness meditation improves health and/or academic performance in undergraduate students. I am seeking undergraduate students ages 18-25 who have never had formal meditation training. The time commitment is roughly 30 minutes a week.
