How did Pittsburgh do? Marko82 Private Message Jan 2 2014 at 11:35pm # I think we had three fatalities: guy on Streets Run Rd., guy in Carrick, and the girl on Rt. 51 near Sewickly Br. It would be great to have zero for sure. sew Private Message Jan 3 2014 at 7:21am # We should have zero. We should accept nothing else. edmonds59 Private Message Jan 3 2014 at 8:11am # “Maybe 10 million times in the last year, a Portlander got on a bicycle to go somewhere. Here’s how many of them survived it: every single one.” How much does a billboard cost, for a month, in May? Vannevar Private Message Jan 3 2014 at 8:30am # Im sure you’ve all seen it, but if not you might be interested in #Vision Zero and how it’s being pursued with a new mayor in NYC. gg Private Message Jan 3 2014 at 8:48am # Sure is impressive! Comparing the two cities, one would have to conclude Pittsburgh is a much more dangerous place to cycle than Portland considering how many more cyclists they have and we see to have deaths fairly often.
