Beginning next Tuesday I will be teaching a yoga class for cyclists (and runners, etc.) in Monroeville at Loughner Massage and Yoga (http://www.loughnermassage.com/). The class is listed as “Yoga for Endurance Athletes” and will put some extra focus on areas that tend to be tight in cyclists and runners. It meets on Tuesday evenings from 7:15-8:30 PM. The fall and winter are great seasons to spend a little extra time working on flexibility!
