Ride with us at the 28th annual UPMC Health Plan PedalPGH

Join in the most fun you can have on two wheels while touring the city’s sights! PedalPGH a casual, fun ride that exposes people of all ages and fitness levels to the neighborhoods, parks, bridges, and geography that make Pittsburgh so unique.

This year, BikePGH will host UPMC Health Plan PedalPGH as an expanded hybrid event. Choose to participate in-person or virtually:

  • Participate in-person on Sunday, August 29, 2021, for an in-person, fully supported event experience with rest stops
  • Or ride “virtually” anytime during event weekend from Thursday, August 26th through Sunday, August 29th

Four Routes to Choose from in 2021!

Riders can choose from four routes around Pittsburgh, ranging from 10 to 62 miles. We will have colorful wayfinding signs along the routes to guide you on your way (plus we will have Ride With GPS routes, TCX & GPX route files, and printed Cue sheets)! Route options include:

10 Mile – Local Loop
24 Mile – Parks Tour
40 Mile – City Tour
62 Mile – Ultimate Challenge


Proceeds fund BikePGH, a registered 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit, who works on behalf of the Pittsburgh community to make the city safe and accessible for everyone to bike and walk.
