With the temporary rerouting of trolley’s through Allentown or PAT buses that use the bus way, I experienced a situation on my bike riding towards 51 on Warrington that made me question what the rules of the road were.
Specifically, as you travel down Warrington towards 51, there is a point at Haberman Ave, where the trolley tracks cross the road and head down the busway. The tracks are fun enough on their own..
The situation I encountered was actually a PAT bus who was traveling up the busway and crossed in front of me to proceed up Warrington.
Do PAT busses and trolleys have the right of way to cross in front of you as you are traveling down Warrington? Did I just encounter a bus that failed to stop?
