board navigation suggestion
its nitpicky, but i was wondering how hard it would be to add the page navigation which shows up at the bottom of multi-page threads to the top. I know it's dumb but if i could click on a thread that i know is 2+ pages, and then immediately have the link to the second page at the top, rather than having to scroll to the bottom of the page, that'd be great.
sounds dumb/lazy, but i figure it's not much more than a simply copy/paste of the code.
