When better than a night when it's 20° out to start thinking about this?
I would sooo like to do this. Those videos from Chicago last year are awe-inspiring. Even Philly did it.
To throw out a date, FWIW, the warmest night in 2009 was July 27, at 73°. Chicago did theirs on a cold night in early June. Philly's was in Sept. Portland is up to about six of them, at least.

At the risk of sounding lame, I don't really get the point. I see it as something detrimental to our bicycle advocacy goals, we'd just be put further on the fringe as 'those people who ride bikes naked.'

I went to Philly for their NBR. It was incredible and I would do a Pgh ride in a heartbeat.
Also, there's a video of me naked on youtube somewhere. Kudos if you can find it.

Ok, I promise, for everyone's mental well-being I will not be participating in any NBR's. A little too much Yuengling under the belt. Actually I'm headed the exact opposite direction, building up my tweed wardrobe.
