The newly refurbished Andy Warhol Bridge is now one lane northbound. This makes biking across the bridge much less pleasant, as motorists want to speed across at 40 and there we are, going 10 if we’re lucky as it’s slightly uphill. Previously it was two lanes northbound.
Who designed this? Who approved it? Was anyone in the cycling community even consulted on the repainting? What was the justification for the reconfiguration?
There is no northbound bike lane.

it was in the approved plans for the bridge and it obviously went through public meetings. Guess no one picked up what it would mean for bikes.
