So I rolled over a hood & bumped a windshield yesterday, it sucked.
Inbound on Penn Ave at Matilda about 5:30pm, I sprinted through a yellow light. In a variant of the Pittsburgh Left, I think an older, outbound driver positioned herself in the middle of the intersection as the light was changing, to make the turn unobstructed. Folks said she never saw me coming...
Hooray for my helmet (it's retired now). My legs hurt, but I got myself off the street. Lots of helpful bystanders convinced me to stay down. First responders talked me into riding to the hospital; police officer gave me the report number. I agreed cyclists are also to follow the rules of the road; everyone seemed very protective of cyclists in general. Somebody locked my bike up for me! Docs stitched my knee & my pinky toe is cracked; pretty lucky really.
Couldn't find myself in the "idiot cyclist" thread... I do "pedestrate" across crosswalks AFTER stopping if it's clear. (I've done this in front of squad cars with nothing else going on, and no one's ever given me grief.)
So I safely crossed like a dozen other intersections yesterday, but racing through the last one did not save any time :( Take it easy, everybody.
Thanks to Bike Pittsburgh for the crash course on crashes!

I'm glad you are mostly ok. But you may want to edit out some of your commentary in case you would ever need to take this to court some day.
I was in a crash last year and some of my issues didnt show up right away.
