The bus already looks damaged before it hit the car. One left headlight missing, entire right headlight assembly and front bumper missing. (compare to intact, idle bus at light) I'm guessing it's stolen.

Might be one of the 1986 Neoplan rustbuckets PAT got rid of about 10 years ago. PAT actually took Neoplan to court over shoddy manufacture, and won.
