It's hard to condone it, but still I am starting to notice some bias in these articles about how they are quick to describe every detail about how the accident would be attributed to the cyclist rather than any details about the traffic or car drivers in question.
A death like this is still a tragedy no matter who died or who is at fault, as is any death by autos. I think it's still a tragic reflection of our society about how we tend to downplay and accept auto-related deaths in comparison to, say homicides or other unnatural deaths.
