A picture of a beer and discussion of cars, bicycles and firearms!! Awesome!
I have taken some to the library in the past (Columbia Road in McCandless). They would sell them, use them or recycle them.
Instead of pitching them in recycling is there any place that would accept donations of old magazines? I've got a couple years worth of car, bicycle, and firearms magazines that I really have no use for and am in the spring cleaning mood so they've gotta go.

Book 'em would probably take them (maybe skip the firearms-heh).
They send reading material to prisoners & specifically request stuff on cars, motorcycles & mechanics.

Pseuda - THANK YOU. Selling to Half Priced is a hassle, Goodwill doesn't so much like the books I have, and Book 'Em seems to want precisely what I have the most to donate of. That is wonderful. I think I'll do a nice purging today.
I learn the most awesome things on here. Yinz guys are so cool.
That'd be Cumberland Road in McCandless for Northland Library. There are also libraries in Avalon and Shaler, if you're north-ish.
@Stu - correct you are. I lived near there for a dozen years and still screw it up. I seem to have a mental block with the name of that road.
