Berkeley Springs (off of the C&O)
Anyone ever jump off the C&O and go down for some hot spring treatments down in Berkeley Springs, WV? It's just 7 miles south of Hancock and the road doesn't look that bad. A friend recommended we check it out (he's been to Berkeley Springs before, just not via bike). Trying to figure out if a spring treatment and massage would be a welcome luxury after a few days on the trail or if would just be a waste since you'll just need to get back on the trail and beat yourself up all over again.
