I know the feeling, different shape, same problem. Like everybody in the NW is a trim 25 yr. old.

The light on the right is a Lumotec Oval Plus, which I have and is decent except it has a blown bulb. There is now an LED version (or maybe that is the LED version) which would go on my list as well. These have a nice beam pattern, not wasting too much up into the sky and wide enough that you can see things to your sides.

The light on the left looks like a Schmidt E6, which puts out a narrow beam focused well ahead of the bike, so these two together make a great combination if you are going fast enough to drive 6W of lights from a (nominal) 3W generator.

I don't know what the battery light on the top is, but the combination looks close to ideal.
