Personally, I think something like this would be broken more than it is working. I'd rather see them spend the bazillions the machine costs on some secure parking, more bikes, or pretty much anything else.

I've always thought a repurposed machine vending tubes and patch kits along with gels and space food could make a killing in the right location.
