Bicylist v. Train Saturday night

Morning news reports a 32 year old cyclist was involved in a train incident Saturday night about 10.30. Incident happened on south side, near 19th street. The cyclist was injured. That is all I know. I wish the cyclist a full and speedy recovery.

There are not many facts in this story from any media source. I would assume trying to cross the tracks at the end of 19th street without noticing the train. Cars are always unpredictable. You never know if the one behind you has a imbecile or psychopath behind the wheel. Trains are pretty predictable.
