You might look through http://bikingpgh.com/index.php?title=Bikes_reported_stolen to see if the bike you found matches any of them there. There is contact info with each bike there.

If you lost a bike this past week then put a description in this thread and see if I have yours. I'm keeping a hold of it because he police would just forget about it in their warehouse.
