I wouldn’t buy one outright, but I can see these being used on fleet vehicles. Maybe HealthyRide can be persuaded to outfit a couple dozen bikes with these.

In case you don't like those newfangled pneumatic tires, here's an airless tire.
Looks like high wind resistance to me. Bad in mud. Noisy on crushed limestone. Could do interesting things biking through deep puddles - paddlewheel effect?
