http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-12334486 Interesting article about a cyclist successfully prosecuting a van who cut him off with footage from his helmet cam. Mostly of the comments are horrendous, typical bikes run stop lights so it's ok when the get hit type of stuff. BTW, "pavement" in british english is the sidewalk and it's illegal to ride on them anywhere in England.
