I saw a sign on the side of the road that said, "Bike Route" (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CFZt4ONWMAAkfYW.jpg:large) so it appears that there will be bike lanes at least on this stretch, but I can't really see them going down Ellsworth (too narrow), but they might continue down Shady.
