Not sure if there's anything specifically in the works already, but @Benzo had suggested it to the Lawrenceville Bike/Ped Committee, and we listed it as one of our longer-range priorities when we and Bloomfield Livable Streets met with Kristin Saunders from the City last month.
(It's probably worth noting that not only is it a state-owned road, but it's state highway PA-8, so that could well complicate matters to a significant degree...)
