Does anyone know if Cochran Mill Road over Lick Run in the South Hills is passable?

Probably? They've been working on that road for about a year now, just on the south side of the stone bridge, the last time it crosses Lick Run. I've been able to ride through the few times I've been through. I think only once have a not been able to cross a bridge that's been labeled closed.
At worst you backtrack to Wallace, the Riggs.
