Yes, the riverside has bike racks. There's also plenty of poles and such under the Convention Center and in front of the city-facing side

I have to work at the convention center tomorrow night and I was wondering if there was a secure spot to lock up my bike at the convention center?

There is a rack just inside the garage entrance off Penn. It's just inside the door in the near right corner.
