Custom/Indy Panniers?
Can anyone recommend a bag-maker producing rear panniers? One of mine is about to give up the ghost, and I need a replacement.

i also have a swift bag and its probably the best thing... they will customize to an excess if you ask (mine has a dayglo pink front pouch! and reflectors, and a map flap) and have been very helpful with questions long after i ordered it.
they just added backpack carrying straps to their panniers too, so that's nice!

I have to admit, I've been trying to find anything like a pannier that converts into a backpack, so this certainly is a great find!
