I just saw a guy on a bike get hit by a car on Penn Ave at Gross St. I pulled over to see if he was ok, and before I coukd get to him, he picked up his bike and walked away. The driver did get out, but I'm guessing the cyclist must've told him to go. Both wheels were bent up, I'm not sure why the guy just walked away.
