I used to live in Hankey Farms, back in the 1980s. There was a lot of very nice riding to be done in that area, then. Plenty of development has occurred since that time, including Robinson Towne Center. The news report stated that the cyclist was riding on the berm and had a light on. He was riding home from work. The police seem very interested in speaking to the driver of a dark colored box truck.

This just sucks! It's bad enough that a crash occurs, but then to just drive off and leave an injured/dying PERSON laying on the ground? Condolences to the family.

Correction: I did not live along there. This was much farther out, toward Oakdale. I lived closer to the church on the hill and the Arby's/KFC, where the Dodge dealer is now.

Didn't watch the video, but did try to read the transcript. Almost unintelligible. Is it bad typing, bad transcription, or they're in such a damned hurry they can't be bothered to proofread?

If it's really bad transcription it was probably done automatically using the same system they use for closed-captioning.
