The video shown on the morning news program clearly shows a mangled bicycle in the road. Hopefully they will update their reporting with more facts as they become available.

what a load of horseshit. How about "Operator #2 claimed not to see Operator #1, but given Operator #2's vehicle was found to have working headlights, Operator #2 was either not paying attention to the road or driving too fast for conditions."

Nobody mentioned Operator #3, who ran over Operator #1. If there's a car sitting stock still in the middle of the road, the least you can do is slow down to see what's going on.
