cyclocross and stuff
if you, or anyone you know races cross, or would like to race cross:
here's the deal - I have weekly meetings on saturday mornings. So, unfortunately, this puts a lot of the ABRA racing calendar out of my reach. However, there's other cross around that occurs on Sundays, and if others are going/thinking of going, I'd love to join/sway your decision.
I'm car-less, but happy to offer up use of a saris rack (bones 3, holds 3 bikes, fits any car), a mini-weber + buns/meat/veggies for post race deliciousness, and of course, cash for gas.
Oh, and I have a zipcar account, too, if people want to throw down for that. (looks like zipcar would work excellent for races around cleveland)
Anyone else looking to go to sunday races?
Related note: where/when are cross practices around here? I remember hearing about something at frick park, but i forget what day/what time. can anyone confirm?

Chris Mayhew (hangs out on this board occasionally) would be a good person to talk to. (He coaches, runs some 'cross practices, and offers the odd clinic, so is pretty in touch with the local scene...)

I dont know if that link will work. Its a calendar of events around the area. There are some decent ones in NE ohio that are not far.
