If this was posted on a Sat. or Sun. it wasn't likely you saw a working messenger downtown. How do you know it was a messenger? Most of the guys and gals I know who are messengers avoid downtown on their days off.

Last time I was in games n'at bill said he still gets the odd call or two from people complaining that one if his messengers just did something to them, be it swerving or screaming or actual running into. Just shows how effective his marketing was.

yeah, he would cruise the streets on that low riding recumbent with his tennis ball looking helmet like a nerdy shark on the hunt for prey. you would be helmetless with a 2pnc to 1mellon and suddenly, "excuse me my friend..". He never had to tell me twice, besides I had much more creative reasons to get fired by Triangle (twice).
