I was much more amused by the response from the local police twitter suggesting that she come to the station. LOL

saw this. it got me following some feed called cyclist hate or something. they just retweet people hating on cyclists. not sure how much longer i can take it.

I concur with Drewbacca that the police replying via tweet had me chuckling. I'm forever amazed by the stupidity, ignorance, and blatant lack of empathy among some people, in cars or not. I will admit to being aggravated excessively by anyone who uses misinformation to justify an opinion or action. Perhaps it's a mechanism of my general disdain for conceding fault. That, and I like to educate myself, especially when it's something I am invested in or passionate about.

We don't know what happened. It might have been a coupla jerks doing jackass stunts in the street. It might have been reasonable riders filtering and receiving the ire of cager cops stuck in traffic. We just dont't know.
