Driver harasses cyclists as cameras roll
Cyclist Dirk Friel says he and a friend were doing nothing wrong when a motorist began to harass them during a bike ride.

This is essentially the same thing that happened to me and my step son on Pedal Pgh this year. Some old dick relentlessly blowing his horn.
Differences: It was pouring rain. I stopped in front of the car after a minute or so of harassment. Cops did nothing, even though I have video, the plate, and clear images of the driver.

Are you suggesting that if I hadn't yelled, the driver would've been "cited for improper use of his horn, two counts of harassment, and... impeding traffic" after routing the complaint through the District Attorney's office in order to "correctly charge the alleged driver"?
