Yes- there is some free parking downtream just off the bikepath on the other side of the marina- maybe 1/2 mile away?
There are racks both sides of the building. Anyone coming to this from BikePittsburgh should stop by and see our baby seahorses in the Mangrove tank they are cool. I can point them out to you.
