electric shocks from the roadway

has anyone ever experienced an electric shock while biking? this is in or around the linden ave bridge in mckees rocks. since this specific bridge is considered part of rt 51, any idea on how to get penndot to take this safety issue seriously?

I'd call 911 ASAP and report that you were shocked. There might be a power line coming in contact with the bridge which would be very dangerous! Your tires should have insulated you from getting a shock, so this sounds very serious.
