A nice mellow ride, slowly meandering across the plateau, listening to some sweet streamin' R&B. Puzzled but friendly onlookers. Just the way to punctuate a week... Eventually ending up at Banker Supply bike shop where they were holding their 1st anniversary reception, hosted by erstwhile Flocker Nick (et al). I almost bought a shoe, but there were only lefts (rights? having a beer clouds my facsimile of judgement) on display. Ah well. Looking forward to the next ride.

I almost didn't go, I felt like crap late in the afternoon. Convinced myself that what I needed was a fun bike ride with friends. Yep, just the thing.
