Word is they are reasonably good. If you're on Facebook a group called Bike Party is a good source of information about area trails.

Frick Park Singletrack Conditions?
Has anyone been on Frick Park singletrack? Is it ride-able? Don't want to damage the trails.

When I spoke to the wrenches at Iron City about a week ago, they said it was still sloppy. May have firmed up since then.

I was out a couple of days ago and they weren't too bad. Some areas have been rutted out but nothing was sloppy, more tacky. There are a couple of trees down.
