If I can figure out a rear rack and a front mudflap, I can be seriously interested in that.
FS: 2011 Torker Graduate - Drum Brakes - Fenders - 5speed Internal Hub
Bought this in May 2012 in a pinch for a promo display from Thick Bikes. Since then it was ridden from the office to get sandwiches a few times, used in a few photoshoots, and Boostuv knocked it over once. Other than a few scratches, it's in great condition. I'm looking to buy something more compact for traveling, so here's a great deal on a practically new bike.
It's labeled a 50cm, but check the chart at the bottom, because due to the sloped top tube, the geometry is a bit weird. I'd say this bike would fit someone 5'4"ish to 5'10" relatively well (might need a shorter stem on the lower end of that).

From Portland to Minneapolis, Davis to Pittsburgh, New York to San Fran -- the Torker Graduate was made for city riding. Thanks to internal Sturmey Archer 5-speed gearing, ultra-efficient internal drum brakes, and clever thumb shifter, Torker has equipped The Grad with increased terrain capability for 2011. Its all-weather, low-maintenance drum brakes and fender-set will work just as well in the rain, sleet or snow as they do with eternal sunshine. The Graduate is as simple on the outside as it is full of performance on the inside. Available in six sizes.

i am totally going to buy this bike... is that ok stu?
Sure. I'm definitely looking, but don't have my heart set on any one bike yet. You've all seen what I've been riding; it either doesn't fit or doesn't work. Just about anything is a step up.
I still have that conquest classic for sale, stu.
also, we would be happy to let you make payments on it if you cant swing the full amount at once.
Is the Conquest Classic the similar root-beer-ish color?
Looks like Mark is going to buy it--that went fast.
yes its the rootbeer and chrome model, with a heavy duty surly rack and wrap around fenders w/mudflaps.
i also have a rootbeer colored kona ute for sale, complete with bags and a disc brake!
Sale fell through--the Torker is still up for grabs.
