Would also be willing to trade it for single-speed mtb. bike or a mountain bike with horizontal or semi-horizontal dropouts that can be converted.

FS: Giant XTC Frame (20.5) inch + some components - $250
Have a used but decent Giant XTC Mountain Bike frame. Comes with seat post w/shock, seat and some other components including cranks, wheels, etc.
Sweet, super-light aluminum frame, but ended up being too big for me!
