Crazy concept, but should something like this be a communal purchase? There are a lot of folks who would like "part time" access to a trailer, to a bike case for travelling with a bike, to a folding bike (perhaps).
Who, how would this happen, if it ever did?
Donations to Bike Pgh for the purpose?
