Dare I say try spandex? I wear it under mountain shorts but the spandex/lycra will free you.

Hello from Oakland.
Hello fellow pgh pedal pushers.
Finally dropping the Intro,
New to the site (reading anonymously for a couple months, but wanted to make it official.)
So, I've been riding in the city for a bit over a decade, and this year I'm tracking & making official my first 1000 mile year (Jan thru Dec), just cracked the 825 mark last week. Would have had more miles, but due to a crash & a fractured radial neck i lost most of May.
I am more of a casual rider (compared to some), rocking a modified 2003 Gary Fisher & dont own spandex, I just love to ride.
K, I guess thats enough for now. See ya'll on the roads

Nice! Welcome to the forums! We love to ride too. Although I own a couple pairs of spandex you'll rarely see me in them. Keep riding and having fun. Hope you find our info on the site useful. You should also explore our blog and resources section if you haven't already.
