Hollow Oak / Montour Woods to Settlers Cabin

I want to ride my mountain bike From Hollow Oak Land Trust's Montour Woods Conservation Area to Settler's Cabin. The montour trail runs right by Montour Woods (Hassam Rd Trailhead), and the panhandle trail runs just south of Settler's Cabin, but it's the long way around and still requires some on-road connecting (It's about 20-24 miles that way). If I wanted to get there faster, the direct way would likely go right by the Robinson Mall, but that's highly unappealing. Was thinking Montour Trail to Beaver Grade Rd, Stubenville Pike (briefly), Tidball Rd, Glass Rd, Parkway View Dr, Boyce Rd, and Ridge Rd in to Settler's Cabin Park (About 8 miles). Any better recommended routes that could work?

I would go Hassam, trail up to mile six, get of trail to Enlow, climb to Steubenville, Bayer. Less traffic plus a lot of roadies use Cliff Mine-Enlow-Stebenville so people are used to bicyclists.

I've done Mikhail's route (Enlow Rd-Steubenville-Bayer Rd) a few times, usually in the other direction. It's a pretty good route, relative to the other options. But note that a cyclist, Brandon Ortmann, was killed on Steubenville Rd a bit west of Enlow Rd in 2015: http://localhost/message-board/topic/another-day-another-cyclist-hit-another-month-another-cyclist-dead/page/7/#post-317529. Ahh.. Enlow Rd-Steubenville-Bayer Rd doesn't look like a terrible option. Seems about the same overall distance as the route I threw out there, but a bit more on trail vs road. Thanks for the suggestion.
