Wha...? How?!
holy shit
critical mass in budapest, from urban velo's fb page
Woah.
Ditto the holy shit title
Isn't it easier to ride with the wheels on the ground?
yes, but less entertaining for spectators.
They really need someone to start a flock of cycles there!!!
love this!
Wow.
(Would be cool to host some type event here - not CM, of course, but a sort of "I ride, I'm proud, and I can hold my bike in the air" type thing. Wonder if there is a square in this town we could fill?)
Market Square?
Let's do it
We definitely had CM rides pushing 200 people in the past. Nothing quite like this.
What if you can't hold your bike in the air? I mean, it would be pretty hard to get a Big Dummy over your head, or even my commuter whilst fully loaded. In the very least, my laptop case would crack you in the noggin.
(*bike-holding-in-the-air optional)
Amazing photo. How the heck did people space themselves so there was enough room to flip up & lower the bike? The crowd looks denser than that!
Practice racking your bike on a 45-foot 1900-series bus. They're like three feet off the ground. Haven't tried it myself.
Doesn't Ian have blog or magazine photo like this? So blame that Everhart kid for bicycle diplomacy.
Seems like the keg ride might be a good opportunity for a shot like that.
