I've posted for a few days and now it's time to throw a post in the Introductions forum.
My name is Joe, I ride an old rusty blue Univega frame with a flashlight duct-taped to the front. If you've been to a Critical Mass in the past 8 months or so, you may have seen me corking and complaining when people don't cork. I was a ceiling fan for Halloween. Go Ceilings!

corking is when a few riders block the intersection so the whole mass can get through.

Corking is when a cyclist blocks cross traffic so that the other cyclists can proceed through the intersection.

i do cross the bridge daily.
i usually have a bright white backpack on and am either riding a dark purple touring bike or a light purple fixed gear
on occasion i'll be on a kona ute cargo bike with my laundry or groceries
