hopefully not too late, but: highly unlikely. he wasn't open on mondays at all the last time i went by (about a month ago), and this being a holiday, and virtually no other shops being open, i wouldn't bet on it.

Holiday hours are pretty unpredictable with him. Its generally 11-6 every day except sunday, monday, and wednesday.
