Only if you arrive on a bike, having traversed separated paths or trails, free from vehicular traffic and/or trains or railroad security, and having not trespassed on any private property. Oh, and if you have done so while enjoying tranquil views of the lovely river valley.

...maybe just a little preaching to the choir, or something. I mean, it's a deal, but for working out the property and alignment details (not to diminish that, because that is a HUGE job).
